This seminar will explain the role of mediation as a means of resolving legal disputes. Northern Ireland lawyers will refer to examples from their own practice in which they successfully used a mediator to help them resolve a legal dispute. The practitioners work in the following areas: Employment Law, Family Law, Medical Negligence and Commercial Law.
