Here's what our Redundancy Selection: A Practical Guide 2011 delegates said:

“Very practically focused. Clear direction provided and excellent handouts/templates.” Linzie Corry, Invest NI

“This was an excellent course covering the law followed by a practical approach with a trainer drawing on her experiences. An excellent approach to a difficult subject. ” Roisin Murray, W5

“The presenters were open to questions and helpful in providing advice. The approach was very good in terms of the legal aspects first and then most of the time spent on what that means in practice and how to conduct the process. Presenters, mainly Emer, were also adaptable to the level of the delegates e.g. not dwelling too long on areas all delegates were comfortable with so that more time could be spent on greyer areas where the mistakes are generally made.” Lisa Millar, H&J Martin Ltd

  •

"Excellent course - clear and concise regarding the legal aspects of Redundancy. If the need for restructuring arises within my company I feel that I am better placed to manage the situation by the key learning points from the course" - Lois Craig, HRM Business Partner, Almac Group Ltd.

"I thought Emer was an extremely good presenter; she had a lot of knowledge in this area and was welcoming any questions throughout the training session which I believe is beneficial. I was satifisfied with the event and find it hard to criticise!" - Stephanie Kelly, HR Policy Officer, NI Fire and Rescue Service.
