Northern Ireland’s leading HR and employment law training provider has teamed up with the UK’s leading payroll services provider, NorthgateArinso, to produce the premier HR event in Northern Ireland. This year we have again been joined by Global HR Services Group, Penna and top legal firm Carson McDowell to bring you an interactive and engaging programme.

Description

Why is this event important for you?
Times are tough, no matter which sector you are in. We all know that. But winning organisations have used the recession to regroup, rethink and regain the initiative.

All of our guest speakers have won HR related awards in the last year, including:

  • HR Team of the Year 2012, Healthcare People Management Awards.
  • HRO Market Leader & Outsourcing Provider of the Year, Pay & Benefit Awards 2012.
  • Employer of the Year, UTV Business Eye Awards 2012.
  • The Aer Lingus Viscount Awards Large Company of the Year 2012.
  • Gold Investors in People 2012.
  • Environmental Improvement Award, BITC 2012.
  • Excellence in the Development of Management and Leadership, sponsored by IiP, Belfast Telegraph NI Business Awards 2012.
  • Excellence in Innovation Award 2012, NI Chamber of Commerce Chamber Awards

We have asked these winners to outline their routes to success.

Consider these questions

  • What have the successful organisations done andhow can I replicate that?
  • Alternatively, what have the not-so-successful decisions been and how can I avoid making the same mistakes?
  • How do awards fit in with an overall business strategy so that we can take advantage of any improving situation?
  • What made these organisations want to compete and succeed?
  • What are the relative benefits and drawbacks of entering different business and HR competitions?
  • How did they ensure employee and SMT buy-in?
  • What do you have to do to become the HR Team of the Year?
  • What do you have to do to gain Investors in People Gold?
  • What makes an Employer of the Year so good to work for? Does it really improve engagement levels?

After attending you will:
Have answers to all the above questions. You'll also have heard from the winners and will have been able to question them and network. You will have received practical advice and templates on how to succeed - and not just on how to succeed at winning awards.

You will have attended three great plenary sessions and two fantastic in-depth workshops - all delivered by winners and supported by expert facilitators and employment law experts.

If you're thinking about entering for an award this year you cannot afford to miss this event: don't lose out - be a winner!
