Noel Brady has over 25 years unique and extensive experience in the demands of tendering procedures in Northern Ireland both in the public and private sectors, particularly in regard to OJEC, GCat, SCat and other public sector procurement routes. In his career in both the private and public sectors he has amassed in-depth experience in complex supply and service, PPP and PFI projects.

In the last six years his company has helped a full range of indigenous, national and international companies successfully tender and secure contracts for products and services valued from 10's of £thousands to 100's of £millions. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Sales Institute of Ireland and represents the Institute on the Business and Industry Forum (BIFNI) set up by CPD to provide a strategically focused channel through which Government and the business sector can meet to consider matters which relate to public sector procurement.
