Mairead regan

Mairead Regan is a qualified Life and Executive Coach (QQI Level 6), with a first class honours degree in Psychology and a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources (MCIPD).

She has more than 25 years’ experience in Human Resources at a senior level, with 19 of these at Director level in the broadcasting industry (television, radio and digital).

Her coaching style combines empathy, insight and compassion, while challenging you to explore the issues that you are facing in a safe and supportive space.
