The course structure

The course runs over 4 weeks, plus time for the exam and assignment. It will be delivered online weekly on the following dates:

Thursday 11th June - 1pm–3pm
Thursday 18th June - 1pm–3pm
Thursday 25th June - 1pm–3pm
Thursday 2nd July - 1pm–3pm

Each session is recorded and can be accessed at any time before the exam deadline.

You do not have to attend live to complete the certificate.

The course includes:

8 hours of live training
2 hours of optional reading
1 hour of recommended study time

With the addition of:

A 1-hour multiple-choice exam
A written assignment (approx. 5 hours)

Total course time: approximately 17 hours

The assessment will consist of:

A 1-hour multiple-choice exam
A written assignment (max. 1,000 words)
