Q: We have run Employee of the Month for years and honestly, I think it has had its day. It is the same two or three names every time, half the team visibly cringe when it gets read out, and I am really not sure it is doing anything at all any more. But then I think, people would probably notice if it just disappeared, and I do not want to look like I am taking something away. I keep going back and forth. Do I revamp it, bin it, or just leave it alone?
