Lynsey rainey

A former member of the Legal Island L&D department, Lynsey is now a Senior HR Manager at Treliant.

She completed a post-graduate diploma and masters in HRM in 2009 and has worked in a variety of generalist HR roles including co-ordinator, officer and, most recently, manager. Those roles have been in a number of industries including sales and media, the arts and construction. Lynsey has experienced all aspects of day-to-day HR, strategic change management, redundancy, TUPE and development of health and well-being programmes.
