Labour Relations Agency: Vacancy for Director of Employment Relations Services

The Director will lead a high performing team to deliver a range of services to promote best employment practice and resolve workplace disputes. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the post-holder will also support the Chief Executive and Board to achieve our vision, develop wider Agency strategy and policy, and deliver the Corporate Plan.
