Miss AB v GH Ltd: [2026] EAT 115 

The ET dismissed the claimant’s claim of sexual harassment as the conduct was not “unwanted” and like her victimisation claim was out of time. The ET found she was not constructively dismissed but even if she had been, she had affirmed the contract by continuing to work and accepting a promotion for a long period after the original incident.
