NIJAC is inviting applications for the office of fee paid Legal Members of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals for Northern Ireland. It is intended to make 2 appointments and to maintain a reserve list for 12 months from the anticipated date of the first appointment (31 May 2017).

Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment a person must by 20 February 2017 be:

  • a member of the Bar of Northern Ireland or solicitor of the Court of Judicature of
  • Northern Ireland of at least five years’ standing; or
  • an advocate or solicitor in Scotland of at least five years’ standing.

Fee: £473.69 per day
Closing date: 12 noon on Monday 20 February 2017.
