The British Psychological Society Northern Ireland Branch (NIBPS) 2019 Annual Conference at The Hilton Hotel, Templepatrick, Co Antrim on Friday 12 April 2019 from 10.30am to 1pm (followed by Lunch)

Diversity, inclusion and well-being are critical areas for organisations and occupational psychology can play a key role in assisting to develop diverse workplaces where everyone feels able to participate and achieve their potential.  This symposium brings together academics and practitioners working in the areas of diversity, inclusion, well-being and performance.  Research-based approaches will be shared on how to facilitate diversity management and develop inclusive practices in diverse workplaces.  This symposium aims to provide practitioners with evidence to ensure the research, consultancy, advice, development and training that they offer is informed by the best evidence underpinning diverse group effectiveness, diverse group leadership and minority career experiences.  Following the formal presentations there will be an opportunity for a discussion session and to ask questions of the panel.   Speakers include:
